Last evening, we returned home from an overnight excursion to Michigan. It was a great way to celebrate Independence Day! The weather was perfect (no rain, moderate temps), exploration, country drives, a lake and other beautiful places, shopping (smile) and fab eats... Yes, this little getaway is what I'm adoring this month (so far...). Below are a few pics. Hopefully, they convey why!
